Please fill out the PDF application form and mail it in with the payment of U$80.00 (nonrefundable) or the full amount of the conference fee to equipper conference . You will pay the remaining amount at the conference (the on-site registration will begin 1pm on Dec. 27th).
After we receive your application and deposit, we will send you receipt. For registration after Nov. 11, please refer to the chart below.
You need to fill out a registration form per person. Even for the child, please fill it out. (For those below 18 years of age, you must have a signature from your parent or a guardian.)

1) Applying to ec online by using your credit card
Access www.equipper.org, fill out the application form online, making sure to check off the box next to the "Acknowledgment and Release of Liability" after reading and understanding it, and pay either an $80 deposit, or the full amount by credit card online. Your payment will be converted using the rate of the day of transaction, and will be charged to your credit card. The balance can be paid at the registration table. When at the conference (at the table), please make payment with cash, check, money order, or travelers check, as we will be unable to take payment via credit card.
2) Applying to ec, and making a deposit of $80 via check or money order
Fill out the application form online or fill it out and send it in via e-mail, fax or postal mail. Make sure to check off the "Acknowledgement and Release of Liability" after reading and understanding it. As for the deposit (or full amount), please make payment via check or money order. You can make a money order at the postal office. Please do not make payment by travelerfs checks or cash. The balance can be paid at the registration table, but if you choose this option, please be ready to make payment with cash, check, money order, or travelers check, as we wonft be able to accept credit card payments.
3) Applying to ec via the ec Japan office using yen. (Application form is to the US, but the fee is paid to the Japan Office)
Fill out the application form online, or fill it out and send it in by e-mail, fax or postal mail. Make sure to check off the "Acknowledgement and Release of Liability" after reading and understanding it. Please make a deposit of 10,000 yen to the JCFN Postal Account (Postal Account Number: 00100-8-565348 Name:"JCFN" - Please make sure to write "ec deposit" on the memo line). The balance can be paid at the registration table, but if you choose this option, please be ready to make payment with cash, check, money order, or travelers check, as we wonft be able to accept credit card payments.

- If you pay your deposit in yen (10,000) at the Japan Office, you will pay a bit more than if you pay in US $.

- There are discounts for children, couples, and others. Please ask the office for details.
- Please do not give up on attending just because you think you can't afford the fees! You can apply for a scholarship. Ask for details-God can provide!
commuting participation (without overnight stay)
Commuting participation is for those who will commute to the conference without overnight stay. If you need meal, you need to register. However, if you do not need any meal, you do not need any prior registration. Upon arrival, please come to the registration table. For specific commuting price, please contact ecregistration@equipper.org. If your conference fee is more than $80.00, you may register online using your credit card. However, if it is smaller than that, you need to send a check or money order to ec office.

Do not give up attending because of financial reasons! The Lord has sovereignly blessed many ec conferees and met their needs in the past.
Please write by faith the scholarship amount you request in the application form. If you are looking for inexpensive ways to travel, please let us know. We may be able to make some arrangement (discount airfare referral, car pool arrangement, etc.) Contact us at equipper@equipper.org .
We are also encouraging the conferees to raise funds for themselves and others. We can advise some ways you can fundraise through your churches and fellowships. Please see fundraising .
