Commuting to ec
In case you do not need accommodations at the conference site (if you commute from the surrounding area or just visit one day without staying at night), you may have discount rate for attending the equipper conference.
•If you do not need meal at the conference site, you will only need to register on-site (no prior-registration needed).
•If you would like meals, please register (by mail or online) by 2 days prior to your participation. We might be able to accept on-site registration if it is a small group.
•If you are a partial participant and would like accommodations and meals, please register as soon as possible. For your information, meals are necessarily included during your stay.

If your conference cost does not add up to $80, please do not pay online but mail your payment (personal check or money order) to the ec Headquarters(or bring it to the conference site).
