Register from Japan
1) Online registration using your credit card
Fill out the registration form online from this website. Make sure to check off the box next to the "Acknowledgment and Release of Liability after reading and accepting it, and pay either an $80 deposit, or the full amount by credit card online. Your payment will be converted using the rate of the day of transaction, and will be charged to your credit card. The balance will be paid at the registration table. At the conference (at the table), please make the payment with cash, check, money order, or travelers check, as we will be unable to take payment via credit card.
2) Using $ denominated check or money order
Fill out the registration form online or send it via e-mail, fax or postal mail. Make sure to check off the 鄭cknowledgement and Release of Liability after reading and accepting it. You can make a money order at the postal office and mail it to ec Headquarters in US. Do not mail your payment by traveler's checks or cash, however. The balance will be paid at the registration table, but if you choose this option, please be ready to make payment with cash, check, money order, or travelers check, as we won't be able to accept credit card payments.
3) Making \ denominated payment at ec Japan office (Registration form should be sent to US) Fill out the registration form online, or fill it out and send it in by e-mail, fax or postal mail. Make sure to check off the 鄭cknowledgement and Release of Liability after reading and accepting it. Please make a deposit of 10,000 yen to the JCFN Postal Account (Postal Account Number: 00100-8-565348 Name:寧CFN - Please make sure to write 兎c deposit on the memo line). The balance will be paid at the registration table, but if you choose this option, please be ready to make payment with cash, check, money order, or travelers check, as we won't be able to accept credit card payments.
