Air ticket
You will need to make air transportation arrangement yourself.  There will be paid transportation available from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to the conference site.

There will be paid transportation available ($20 each way). If you need this service, please indicate it in the application form. Please come to Tom Bradley International Terminal on the Arrival Level, inside of the building. You will find ec representatives there who will guide you to the bus.
Please do bring your information sheet.

Since it could take good three hours from LAX to the conference site, please select flights arriving on the morning of Dec. 27th and leaving in the afternoon of January 1st as much as possible.

If you have not sent us your flight information, please do so as soon as possible. Send your arrival date, time, name of the airline, and flight number to ecregistration@equiper.org.
